Mobile Experience
Most of my traffic is mobile. What changes?
The first screen becomes brutally expensive. On a phone you get a headline and maybe one line before the fold, so the offer has to land in that space. Design mobile first and let desktop be the roomier version, rather than shrinking a desktop layout and hoping it survives.
Next moves
- Design the mobile first screen deliberately. Decide what earns those pixels.
- Keep primary actions inside thumb reach and comfortably large.
- Test on a real phone on real data, not a resized browser window.
Pull the page up on your phone before the call. We'll start where most visitors actually are.
