Audience & Message Fit
How do I write for people who don't know they have this problem?
Start with the symptom, not the solution. Unaware buyers recognize the frustration long before they recognize the category. Name the thing they complain about, let them feel understood, then introduce that it has a name and a fix. Leading with your solution to an unaware audience just reads as noise.
Next moves
- Name the single buyer this page is for, specifically enough to picture them.
- Write to the problem they'd describe out loud, in their words not yours.
- Let the page repel the wrong fit on purpose. That's a feature.
If you have several audiences, bring them all. Usually the answer is separate pages, not one that hedges.
