Why does this cost more than a template shop?
Because you are not buying a layout. A Signature page carries around ten thousand words of written, approved answers. Commissioned on its own at expert rates, that writing alone runs past twelve thousand dollars, and it still would not include the strategy, the engine, or the build. A template shop cannot sell you the thinking at any price.
