Objections & FAQ

How do I handle the 'too expensive' objection on the page?

Reframe against the cost of the problem, not against competitors. Expensive is a comparison, so control what they're comparing to. If the page carries real revenue, the relevant number is what a page that doesn't work costs. Never argue you're cheap. Argue you're the smaller number.

Next moves

  1. List the real reasons people say no, including the ones you dislike.
  2. Answer the money, time, and risk objections directly and without spin.
  3. Place each answer where the doubt shows up, not all in a pile at the bottom.

Bring the objections you hear on sales calls. Those are the FAQ, already written by your buyers.
