Objections & FAQ
Should I offer a guarantee?
Only one you'll actually honor without resentment. A guarantee transfers risk from buyer to seller, which is powerful and expensive. If you can't afford to pay it out cheerfully, don't offer it. A clear scope and an honest process often reduces risk more credibly than a promise people half-believe.
