Email & Follow-Up

How many follow-up emails should I send?

Start with three you'd be glad to receive: an immediate one that delivers something useful, a second that addresses the biggest objection, and a third that makes the ask cleanly. Then keep going only if you have something worth saying. Cadence matters less than not being boring.

Next moves

  1. Write the first three emails before launch, not after leads pile up.
  2. Make the first one immediate, useful, and human.
  3. Give people a reason to reply. Replies beat opens.

Bring what happens after someone converts. That's often where the real money is leaking.
