How much of my current copy can I keep?
More than you'd expect, usually. Buried inside most pages are two or three genuinely good sentences that got smothered by throat-clearing around them. The rebuild is often less about new words and more about promoting what was already right and deleting what surrounded it.
Next moves
- Judge the offer first. A rebuild cannot fix an unclear offer either.
- Count the workarounds. Constant fighting with the platform is a rebuild signal.
- If it's converting at all, improve rather than replace. Don't kill a working page.
