I'm getting leads but they're all unqualified. How do I fix that?
Add friction on purpose. Publish price, name who it's not for, and ask one qualifying question on the form. Volume will drop and your calendar will improve. Most lead quality problems are actually page clarity problems: a vague page attracts vague interest.

- If quality matters more than volume, ask one qualifying question on purpose.
- Tell people what happens after they submit and how fast.
Bring the form and what you do with a lead after it. Those two should match and often don't.
