The Offer Itself

Everyone in my industry says the same thing. How do I stand out?

Get specific where they stay general. Sameness comes from hedging: broad audiences, vague outcomes, safe language. Name the exact buyer, the exact problem, and the exact result, and you'll sound different immediately without inventing a single new claim. Specificity is the cheapest differentiation available.

Next moves

  1. Write the offer in one sentence: who it's for, what changes, and why you.
  2. Name what it is NOT for. Exclusion makes an offer feel specific and real.
  3. Attach a reason to the price. Unexplained numbers read as arbitrary.

Bring the offer in your own words, even messy. Sharpening it is the highest-leverage hour we can spend.
