The Offer Itself

How do I know if my offer is actually clear?

Say it out loud to someone outside your industry and watch their face. If they ask a clarifying question, that question is the gap. A clear offer names who it's for, what changes for them, and why you specifically. Most offers fail on the third one and try to compensate with adjectives.

Next moves

  1. Write the offer in one sentence: who it's for, what changes, and why you.
  2. Name what it is NOT for. Exclusion makes an offer feel specific and real.
  3. Attach a reason to the price. Unexplained numbers read as arbitrary.

Bring the offer in your own words, even messy. Sharpening it is the highest-leverage hour we can spend.
