The Offer Itself

Should I niche down or keep my offer broad?

Narrow. Broad offers feel safer and convert worse, because copy written for everyone reads as written for no one. Narrowing does not shrink your market, it makes you the obvious choice inside it. You can always widen later from a position of demand, which is much easier than the reverse.

Next moves

  1. Write the offer in one sentence: who it's for, what changes, and why you.
  2. Name what it is NOT for. Exclusion makes an offer feel specific and real.
  3. Attach a reason to the price. Unexplained numbers read as arbitrary.

Bring the offer in your own words, even messy. Sharpening it is the highest-leverage hour we can spend.
