Why It Isn't Converting
I'm getting traffic but no conversions. What's wrong?
Traffic proves the ad works. No conversions means the page breaks the promise that brought them. Check three things in order: does the first screen name their problem, is there exactly one thing to do, and does the offer make sense without explanation. It's almost always the first one.
Next moves
- Read your first screen out loud. If it doesn't name a specific person and a specific problem, that's the leak.
- Cut every sentence that describes you instead of them.
- Give the page one job. Pages with three goals convert on none of them.
